Having proved his mettle as a celebrity manager in the television industry, Kaushal Joshi decided to do more. With the idea of exploring his creative side using his eye for talent and sense of good content, he turned producer with the song Bhula Dunga. And that he is good at what he does is once again proved with the success of the song. Riding high on all the appreciation coming his way, Joshi plans to hone his skills as a producer.
While he is discussing his upcoming projects, Joshi will be bankrolling more songs and TV and web projects too. “I have always admired realistic content over fiction, because the former is more relatable and inspiring. I am in the lookout for interesting scripts for TV and OTT and the moment I get it I’ll surely give it a shot,” says Joshi, who has managed celebrities such as Hina Khan, Krushna Abhishek, Shehnaaz Gill and Bharti Singh.
As far as his journey in the entertainment industry is concerned, Joshi has had a happy run. Starting as a talent manager, he has also worked in both the TV and film industry. “To sustain in the industry, it requires luck as well as talent. I’m glad that I got to work with some of the best names in my career. This helped me grow,” he adds.
Apart from enjoying his work, Joshi loves to travel. He feels blessed that his work takes him to different places around the world. “Travelling rejuvenates my senses and energy. The fact that I need to travel for my work, whether I am accompanying the celebrity or scouting for locations for their work or something else, I am lucky that I am being able to do what I love... I feel like I am living my dream. And now with all the production work I feel it has just added to the fun,” he ends.
